Terms of Service

Stellagia lets you create a "star" — a memorial or commemorative entry for a person, pet, dream, or moment — place it in a shared virtual sky, and optionally invite others to view it or leave memories.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account.

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. By posting it, you give Stellagia permission to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your star to visitors you’ve allowed).

Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or that you don't have the right to share. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

Star tiers are one-time payments processed by Stripe, not subscriptions. Prices are shown before you pay.

Refunds can be requested within 3 days of creating a star, by writing to info@stellagia.com. A refund removes the star from the sky and closes its page, including memories others have left there, and cannot be undone. Full details are on our Refund policy page.

If you were charged incorrectly or your star never appeared, that is ours to fix and no time limit applies — contact us whenever you notice.

We aim to keep stars accessible indefinitely, but Stellagia is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. We’ll do our best to give notice before any change that affects existing stars.

To the extent permitted by law, Stellagia is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll post the updated date here when we do.
