Refund Policy
A star is meant to stay. Because of that, refunds work differently here than for most things you buy online — please read this before you order.
Within 3 days
You can request a refund within 3 days of creating your star. After that we are unable to refund it.
The reason for the short window: a star takes a permanent place in a shared sky, people are invited to it, and memories start collecting there. Undoing that weeks or months later would mean erasing something other people have been visiting.
What a refund does
The star is removed from the sky and its page closes. Memories others have left on it are no longer visible. This cannot be undone.
If you only want the star to stop being visible, you do not need a refund — you can take it down yourself from Manage, and everything is kept.
How to request one
Write to info@stellagia.com from the email address on your account, and tell us the name of the star. We will confirm what will happen before processing anything.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Outside the 3 days
If something went wrong on our side — you were charged twice, or your star never appeared in the sky — write to us whenever you notice. That is not a refund request, it is our mistake to fix, and there is no time limit on it.
