What Is Stellagia?
A shared night sky where you can give a person, a pet, a dream, or a moment a permanent place among the stars, with a quiet space for memories that others can visit.
Is This Only for People Who Have Passed Away?
No. Many stars are for pets, ongoing dreams, or moments worth marking — Stellagia isn't only a memorial for loss.
Can I Keep My Star Private?
Yes. When you place your star, you choose whether it's public in the shared sky or private, findable only by the people you share the link with.
Can Other People Leave Memories on My Star?
Only if you allow it. From Manage, you control whether submissions are open, limited to invited family, or require your approval before they appear.
Do Visitors Need an Account?
No — share links, QR codes, and invites all work without one. An account is only needed to create and manage your own stars.
Is This a Subscription?
No. Each star is a one-time payment, not a recurring charge.
Why Is There a $20 Charge to Create a Star?
A place that stays has to be kept. Your star holds its own number, its own coordinates, and a page with the memories left on it — and keeping all of that here, findable and unbroken, has a real cost. The one-time $20 isn’t a markup; it’s what keeps this sky standing, so the place you make today is still here when you come back to it.
Can I Edit My Star After Creating It?
Before payment, yes — everything can be changed from Manage. After your star is placed, write to us at info@stellagia.com if something needs to change.
How Do I Remove My Star?
From Manage, you can archive it at any time. It comes down from the sky and its page closes to visitors.
Can I Get a Refund?
Within 3 days of creating your star, yes — write to info@stellagia.com. A refund removes the star from the sky and closes its page, including memories others have left there, and cannot be undone. If you simply want it to stop being visible, you can take it down yourself from Manage and keep everything. See our Refund policy for the full details.
I Paid but My Star Is Not in the Sky.
Open My Stars — if it says "Finish placing", the payment went through and only the last step is left. Tap it to place your star. If that does not work, write to info@stellagia.com and we will place it for you.
How Do I Delete My Account?
Go to Account settings and choose Delete account. Your sign-in and personal details are removed for good. Stars you created stay in the sky with the memories others left on them, no longer linked to you — or you can take them down first.
Is My Payment Secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — Stellagia never sees or stores your card details.
